SHIPPING: DELIVERY TIME
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days within the European Union, the US, and other parts of the world.
Your products will be delivered through high-end courier services such as DHL, UPS or FedEx (depending on which shipping address you entered when placing your order). After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package. Home delivery is not by standard but we'll do our best solving this if you contact our support before the order has been shipped.

FREE SHIPPING & RETURN FEES:
We offer free shipping to most countries (USA, UK and EU). If a shipping fee applies to your shipping address, the shipping fee will be specified during the checkout process. In the case of a return, please note that the cost of return shipping will be reduced from your refunded amount and depends on the volume of the shipment and where it is being shipped from.
IMPORT DUTIES AND VAT
All prices shown on the Grand Le Mar website (www.grandlemar.com) include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. Please note that for orders shipped to delivery addresses outside the EU, such as Norway, Monaco, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, import duties, VAT, and other customs charges may apply upon arrival. These fees are not included in the checkout total and must be paid by the customer directly to the local customs authorities. Grand Le Mar has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary between countries. We advise customers to contact their local customs office for further information.
