RETURNS

If you would like to make a return press here. If your Grand Le Mar purchase does not meet your expectations, or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving your order for a refund(refund shipping fee deducted) or a store credit. The hang tag must remain attached to the product. Please note that we do not offer refunds on products that have been worn, are missing the hangtags, or have been altered by a tailor. We also do not offer refunds on "Custom Made", "Made To Measure", or "Made To Order" items. Outside of the European Union and the UK, purchases made from The Archive Sale are eligible exclusively for store credit and not cash refunds.

Please note: If you do not register your return request in our Return portal, we cannot process your request and your order will be considered delivered. We only consider returns that have been registered in our portal.

REFUNDS & RETURN FEES:

If you wish to return an item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The fee depends on the order value and reflects average return shipping and handling costs:

  • Up to €250 → €15

  • €250–€550 → €20

  • €550–€750 → €25

  • Above €750 → €30

You may also choose store credit instead of a refund. In that case, the full amount will be credited to your account for future purchases once we receive and inspect your returned items with no return fee deducted.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. To select a different size or item, simply choose the store credit option and place a new order for your preferred item.

Once we receive and check your return, refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 5–7 business days, or store credit will be issued at the same time.

SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping to most countries (USA, UK and EU). If a shipping fee applies to your shipping address, the shipping fee will be specified during the checkout process.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

We are unable to process the following return requests;

Using your own return label: Important! Returns must be sent using the return labels provided through our Return & Exchange portal. Returns sent using other couriers or labels will not be accepted.

Condition of Items: We kindly ask that items be returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or odors, including perfume.

Original Packaging: To help us process your return efficiently, please ensure that the item is returned in its original plastic bag, with all original tags, including the hangtag, still attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged, show signs of wear, have stains, or have been exposed to perfume. Custom made items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items with removed hangtags will also not be eligible for return.

The Archive Sale: Purchases made from The Archive Sale are eligible exclusively for store credit and not cash refunds (note: this does not apply within the European Union and United Kingdom). We encourage customers to carefully consider their selections, as these items do not qualify for monetary reimbursement. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS 

If you do not collect your parcel from the local pick-up point after it has been shipped to you, or if you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, the parcel will be stored for the maximum number of days allowed by the courier. After this period, it will automatically be returned to us.

The courier will make attempts to contact you regarding the delivery. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a €25.00 fee will be deducted to cover the return shipping and handling. We can resend the order to you once this €25.00 fee has been paid.
