CONTENT EDITOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Content Creator and Editor to join our team at our head quarters in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be responsible for creating and managing content for our website, social media, and other marketing efforts. You must have experience in and editing photos and videos for online platforms. You must be skilled in photography, editing softwares and studio lighting. We want you to think creatively and come up with innovative ways to engage our customers and increase brand awareness.

You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a team of content creators, strategists, and designers. You must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have an eye for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • — Producing and edit content for our Instagram, Website, Ads, Newsletters, TikTok, etc.
  • — Video shooting.
  • — Photo shooting.
  • — Product photography shooting
  • — Content editing (Photoshop / Lightroom / Adobe Creative Cloud).
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
  • — 1-3 years of experience in a content editing. 
  • — You must be skilled with a photo and video camera (RAW and 4k/6k footage).
  • — Strong sense of creating a brand through video and images.
  • — Photoshop & Lightroom editing skills must be excellent.
  • — Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • — Studio photography skills must be excellent. 

    E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

    We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic and motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team at our head quarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The ideal candidate must have experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Email Marketing, SEO, targeting and retargeting, and overall scaling a business online. It is essential that you have good knowledge of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, etc. Terms such as "Lookalike audiences", "Product feeds" and "Pixels" should be your secondary language. You must be able to think strategically and execute campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • — Set up and execute paid social media campaigns and retargeting (Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads).
    • — Monitor, analyze and improve website performance in Shopify.
    • — Optimize SEO for maximum visibility.
    • — Develop email campaigns for customer retention through Klaviyo.
    • — Research and implement new technologies
    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
    • — 1-3 years of experience in scaling e-commerce. 
    • — 2+ years of experience in Paid Social Media and Email marketing.
    • — Proficiency in Shopify and SEO.
    • — Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • — Ability to think strategically and execute campaigns.
    • — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    SALES MANAGER [STOCKHOLM STORE]

    This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Operator to join our team in our Stockholm Store located in Sturegallerian. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company, working directly with customers in our Stockholm store. You will represent Grand Le Mar and deliver a personalized experience, helping build wardrobes based on a thoughtful understanding of each customer. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a passion for clothing and service oriented with a talent for selling. You should be able to build relationships with customers and be a reliable point of contact within the store.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • — Selling ready-to-wear clothes and custom made clothing in our physical store in Stockholm.
    • — Building relationships with customers.
    • — Opening and closing the store before/after opening hours.
    • — Warehouse and stock management. 
    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
    • — 1-3 years of experience in operating as a sales manager in retail.
