CUSTOM MADE SALES ASSOCIATE [NEW YORK]
We are looking for a part-time Custom Made Sales Associate to join our team at Spring Place in New York. In this role, you will guide clients through our Custom Made service, offering a refined and personal experience. You will help customers select fabrics, design details, and measurements, while ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in menswear and tailoring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a polished client experience that reflects Grand Le Mar’s standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Welcome and assist clients during Custom Made appointments.
- — Guide customers through fabric choices, design details, and measurements.
- — Support showroom preparation, fittings, and follow-ups.
- — Coordinate with tailoring and production teams to ensure smooth order handling.
- — Represent Grand Le Mar’s aesthetic and values with professionalism.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
- — Strong interest in menswear, tailoring, and craftsmanship.
- — Previous retail, showroom, or client-facing experience preferred.

MADE TO MEASURE SPECIALIST [STOCKHOLM]
We are looking for a full-time Made to Measure Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will deliver a highly personalized experience, guiding clients through every step of the Made to Measure process. You will consult on fabric and design choices, take precise measurements, and ensure each garment meets the client’s expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in menswear, tailoring, or luxury retail, with excellent communication skills and a service-driven approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Welcome and assist clients during Made to Measure appointments.
- — Guide clients through fabric, design, and styling options.
- — Take and manage measurements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- — Coordinate with tailoring and production teams to ensure smooth order handling.
- — Support with showroom events and international trunk shows when required.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
- — Strong knowledge of menswear, tailoring, and fabrics.
- — 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, tailoring, or client-facing roles.

- — Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and presentation.

- — Fluent in English; Swedish or additional languages are a plus.
HEAD OF E-COMMERCE [STOCKHOLM]
We are seeking a driven and strategic Head of E-commerce to lead our online sales and operations at Grand Le Mar. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of our website, ensuring an optimal user experience, driving online sales growth, and managing digital marketing strategies. You must have a strong understanding of online retail operations, experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, and a data-driven mindset to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to drive our e-commerce goals and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Oversee and manage all e-commerce operations.
- — Drive sales and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- — Analyze and interpret data to improve customer experience and online performance.
- — Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
- — Coordinate with product and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products online.

CONTENT EDITOR [STOCKHOLM]
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Content Creator and Editor to join our team at our head quarters in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be responsible for creating and managing content for our website, social media, and other marketing efforts. You must have experience in and editing photos and videos for online platforms. You must be skilled in photography, editing softwares and studio lighting. We want you to think creatively and come up with innovative ways to engage our customers and increase brand awareness.
You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a team of content creators, strategists, and designers. You must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have an eye for detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Producing and edit content for our Instagram, Website, Ads, Newsletters, TikTok, etc.
- — Video shooting.
- — Photo shooting.
- — Product photography shooting
- — Content editing (Photoshop / Lightroom / Adobe Creative Cloud).
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
- — 1-3 years of experience in a content editing.
- — You must be skilled with a photo and video camera (RAW and 4k/6k footage).
- — Strong sense of creating a brand through video and images.
- — Photoshop & Lightroom editing skills must be excellent.
- — Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- — Studio photography skills must be excellent.
SALES ASSOCIATE [STOCKHOLM]
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Selling ready-to-wear clothes and custom made clothing in our physical store in Stockholm.
- — Building relationships with customers.
- — Opening and closing the store before/after opening hours.
- — Warehouse and stock management.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
- — 1-3 years of experience in operating as a sales manager in retail.
- — Great passion for selling and understanding of customer needs and key selling points to turn prospectors into customers.
- — Fluent in English.
- — Passion for Grand Le Mar with a strong interest in product, fabric and design.
- — Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to work in a face-paced start-up environment.
