MY SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

When your size will be available again depends on which product it is. We have both permanent and a seasonal items, and the restock frequency differs. Make sure to sign up for the waitlist to get notified when your size is back in stock:

1. Go to the product.
2. Press the button "Out of stock? Click here!". Enter you size and email. Our team will then get back to you when the item is back in stock.

Also, please note that your size could be available through our custom made service. For more details, please read here. Trousers, jackets and suits are always available through our custom made service. Simply press "Select size" and then press "Custom Made: Your specific measurements".

Can my size be produced through your custom made program?

Currently, we the following products can be produced through our custom made service:

- Suits
- Jackets
- Trousers
- Waistcoats
- Tuxedos
- Shirts
- Coats.

I have not received an order confirmation

Please check your junk folder. We always send the order confirmation to the email submitted when placing your order. If you still cannot find it, please contact us here.

How do I find my order number?

The order number is always sent to the email address you submitted when placing your order. It has the following format:

#GLMXXXX

Please check your junk folder and confirm the email address submitted at the time of ordering. If you have a Grand Le Mar account, you can always find your order number and details there. Sign in here. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with us at support@grandlemar.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are handled fast. Chances are the order is already in the hands of our warehouse and is being prepared for shipping.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us here, and we will try to handle your request.
Please note: it is not possible to cancel orders on made-to-measure, made-to-order or custom made items.

Can I change the products in my order?

Unless your order has not yet been packed and shipped, we may be able to update the items in your order, but please act fast!

Payment methods

The available payment methods differ depending on your location. During the checkout process, you will be able to view the payment methods available to you. However, here are some examples of payment methods that we support:

- Debet- or Credit Card (for example: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, among others).
- Paypal
- Klarna Checkout (only specific regions).
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay

We are also able to offer invoice, but this is only for corporate customers.

Where do I track my order?

We have sent you an email with the tracking information. If you have not received it, please check your junk folder. We always ship with FedEx, UPS or DHL.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to most countries, however there are some exceptions. The shipping fee, if any, will be presented to you during the checkout process.

If you country is not listed as a shipping destination, we may still be able to ship to your country (please contact to our customer support team and they will investigate the possibility).

Are there any VAT- or import duties associated with shipipng my order?

All prices shown on the Grand Le Mar website, www.grandlemar.com, are including VAT in accordance with the applicable legislation. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Grand Le Mar has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Grand Le Mar cannot predict their amount, or if any duties apply at all. Grand Le Mar advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

For faster processing of your exchange, simply request a return from the return portal and then place a new order on our website.

When will I get my refund?

After we have received your return shipment and inspected the product, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be re-shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received your return.
