KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • — Guide clients through fabric choices, design details, and measurements.
  • — Support showroom preparation, fittings, and post-appointment follow-ups.
  • — Coordinate with tailoring and production teams to secure smooth order handling.

E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS & FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE — FULL TIME — NEW YORK

We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to support our online operations. You will manage order flow from pick and pack to shipment and returns, ensuring a seamless and reliable delivery experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • — Process online orders and prepare shipments with precision and care.
  • — Pick, pack, and quality-check garments.
  • — Coordinate with carriers and warehouses regarding pickups and deliveries.

  • — Work from measurement notes and fitting comments provided by our advisors.
  • — Support in-store fittings when needed.
  • — Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
  • — Ensure all alterations meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
  • — 3+ years of experience as a tailor or alterations specialist.
  • — Strong technical skills in hand and machine sewing.
  • — Experience with luxury or premium menswear preferred.
  • — Detail-oriented and precise.
  • — Able to work part-time on-site in New York.

CONTENT EDITOR & RETOUCHER — INTERNSHIP — STOCKHOLM

We are looking for a Content Editor & Retoucher Intern to join our team in Stockholm. You will support the creation and refinement of visual content for our website, social channels, and campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • — Produce and edit content for Instagram, Website, Ads, Newsletters, TikTok, etc.
  • — Assist with video shooting.
  • — Assist with photo shoots and product photography.
  • — Retouch and edit content (Photoshop / Lightroom / Adobe Creative Cloud).
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
  • — Basic to 1–3 years of experience in content editing or retouching.
  • — Skilled with photo and video cameras; RAW and high-resolution experience is a plus.
  • — Strong sense of brand-building through visual storytelling.
  • — Proficient in Photoshop & Lightroom; familiarity with Premiere Pro or Final Cut is a plus.
  • — Interest in studio lighting and photography.
