Returns And Exchanges

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return or exchange press here. If your Grand Le Mar purchase does not meet your expectations, or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 15 days from the date of placing your order for a full refund or exchange. The hang tag must remain attached to the product. Please note that we do not offer refunds nor exchanges on products that have been worn, are missing the hangtags, or have been altered by a tailor. We also do not offer refunds nor exchanges on "Custom Made", "Made To Measure", or "Made To Order" items. Outside of the European Union and the UK, purchases made from The Archive Sale are eligible exclusively for store credit and not cash refunds.

Please note: If you do not register your return or exchange request in our Return & Exchange portal, we cannot process your request and your order will be considered delivered. We only consider returns and exchanges that have been registered in our portal.

REFUNDS

After we have received your return shipment and inspected the product, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days. You can also choose to get store credit in you prefer, which can then be used to place an exchange order or used for future purchases.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, visit our Return & Exchange portal to request a refund or store credit for your previous order. Then, place a new order on our website.

FREE SHIPPING & RETURN FEE

We offer free shipping to most countries. In the case of a return, please note that the cost of return shipping will be reduced from your refunded amount and depends on the volume of the shipment and where it is being shipped from. 

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

We are unable to process the following return requests;

Using your own return label: Important! Returns must be sent using the return labels provided through our Return & Exchange portal. Returns sent using other couriers or labels will not be accepted.

Condition of Items: We kindly ask that items be returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or odors, including perfume.

Original Packaging: To help us process your return efficiently, please ensure that the item is returned in its original plastic bag, with all original tags, including the hangtag, still attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged, show signs of wear, have stains, or have been exposed to perfume. Items with removed hangtags will also not be eligible for return.

The Archive Sale: Purchases made from The Archive Sale are eligible exclusively for store credit and not cash refunds (note: this does not apply within the European Union and United Kingdom). We encourage customers to carefully consider their selections, as these items do not qualify for monetary reimbursement. For any assistance or questions about our exchange policy, our team is available to help guide you through the process and ensure a seamless experience.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS 

If you do not collect your parcel from your local pick-up point after we have shipped it to you, or are available to receive the parcel when our couriers try to delivery it to you, the order will automatically be returned to us after being stored 10-15 days in a local warehouse owned by the couriers. The courier will reach try out to you multiple times about the delivery of your order. If you do not collect the parcel and it gets returned to us, we will resend the order to you after collecting a shipping fee of €25.00. We cannot accept any Return nor Exchange unless your request is registered in our Return & Exchange Portal within the allowed timeframe.
